DARKNING OR LIGHTNING OF HAIR.... HELP!

I am sick and tired of my hair color right now, need to do something about it. But, should I lighten or darken it??? If I should make it more light, it wouldn't be as light as Elin Klings (last picture) but it would be a bit more dark, and if I should darken it I would want it like Lisas hair (1st picture). So please tell me, what do you find the prettiest?

Guess where I am going on summer holiday this year? It has something to do with Italy...
